New Patient and Employee Protocols for your Exam

At Crystal Clear Eye Care the health and well-being of our patients, employees, and our community remains our top priority.

We are committed to helping protect both our employees and patients and have enhanced our sanitation measures and instituted the following guidelines for your appointment:

All employees and patients are required to wear a face mask that covers their mouth and nose at all times as well as observe social distancing. Patients are asked to come alone or with no more than one guest or guardian if necessary. You will be asked to wait in your car until we are ready to see you for your appointment and you will be screened prior to your appointment. For your convenience we now offer curbside service for dispensing your eyewear, simply text us when you arrive. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
